Portfolio of Architectural Windows & Doors

Rich sapele windows and doors adorn this Southern California home in style. Designed with fully tempered true divided lites (tdl’s), interior rectangular sticking and exterior beveled glazing stops, Quantum products furnish the contemporary residence with warmth.

Repeated throughout the home are Lift & Slide Doors in the gallery, family room, dining room and sitting room. These units are equipped with multi-point latching hardware, euro black weather-stripping and bronze anodized sill track and head guide finish.

A series of our Hinged Doors, including a dutch door, are found in the foyer flanked with fixed panels. Further Hinged unites are repeated in dining room, mud room, and garage. Outswing panels received non-removable pins in satin stainless steel, and secondary panels are complete with head and foot bolts in satin chrome finish.  All units feature aluminum bronze anodized sill weather-stripping.

Quantum Signature Series Windows are found in a variety of configurations, most notably as operable transoms above the family room’s Lift & Slide Doors. Where push-out sashes are called for, Bronze Craft handle and strike hardware finished in white bronze are used. Finally, the exquisite French casements are designed with flush bolts mounted to floating astragals.
