Overview
This private estate of French eclectic architecture with slight Renaissance classical influences, nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan, is a traditional showpiece for Quantum products. Highlights in this entirely unique window and door package include custom profile t-bar stops, bent glass double hung windows and both curved and arched inswing French casement windows. Drawing from our Legacy Series and Signature Series Windows, Quantum craftsmen built these custom architectural windows and doors in vertical grain douglas fir with tempered glass.
Our screened inswing French casement windows sit atop stone sills throughout almost all rooms including the hallways, passageway, guest bath/bedroom/sitting room, nanny bath/bedroom, kitchen, laundry, pantry, study hall, utility room, exercise room, and even the sports closet. Nestled into the roofline are several attic dormers complete with inswing casement arched windows. In the basement are inswing casement egress windows.
The project's interior and exterior door package ranges from single inswing tongue and groove panels with matching wood screens, to double inswing panels with tempered glass tdl's. Quantum's Hinged Doors are located in the master bath, offices, garage, storage, rear entry and changing rooms.
