Location

Folsom, CA

Overview

The fourth location in a family of casual upscale restaurants, Folsom's Chicago Fire Pizza is richly designed with distressed wood floors, used brick walls, and open wood beams. Fittingly, Quantum provided a window and door package in warm sapele comprised of our Classic Series, Pacific Series Folding Windows and Hinged Doors.

The restaurant's towering front elevation features a wall of Classic Series common mullion transom windows with fixed sashes atop double hung Hinged Doors. Flanked by fixed sash sidelites, this combination of units makes for a stunning 16 ft entrance. The Hinged Doors are equipped with Stanley full mortise butt hinges in dark oil rubbed bronze, and like all the products in this project, show interior rectangular sticking and exterior beveled glazing stops.

Throughout the restaurant we see several sets of Pacific Series Folding Windows with top running outswing panels, dark bronze anodized aluminum head track and floor channels, and bronze weather-stripping. Utilized here are Eclipse E3 Hardware systems with bronze powder coated stainless steel hinges and hinge handles, and face mounted flushbolts in bronze powder coated aluminum.

All glazing features fully tempered glass lites and black Edgetech SuperSpacers. All wood surfaces received a factory finish comprised of one coat Sikkens Cetol 1 072 Butternut and two coats Sikkens Cetol 23 072 Butternut.
