This award winning and highly publicized private residence is home to a substantial amount of Quantum windows and doors, all of which are specified douglas fir and where applicable, with teak door sills. All glazing features black Edgetech SuperSpacers and Cardinal LoE-172 glass. At multiple points throughout the building are Quantum Hinged Doors seen with sidelites, some with obscure glazing, and a series of three consecutive double hung outswing doors in the living room.

Quantum Signature Series Windows are designed here with interior rectangular sticking and exterior beveled glazing stops. Throughout the home are found push-out sashes with satin chrome finished sash handle and strike hardware, and interior mount wood framed in-swing insect screens with satin chrome pull knobs. The stunning architecture further features clerestory motorized awning sashes with stationary wood framed insect screens.
