Overlooking the Colorado River, this contemporary home opens up to the Texas outdoors by way of Quantum's custom wood Lift & Slide Door systems and Classic Series Windows. Architect specified FSC certified wood, namely Sapele, is found throughout the project.

Window walls with common mullions and integrated operable vents allow for ample natural sunlight coming in and breathtaking views looking out. The living room features a butt-glazed corner window, with single pane construction.

Quantum door products used include exterior Hinged Doors with transoms, and Lift & Slide door systems. The entry Lift & Slide door has a low profile sill allowing for the application of finished floors up to and between tracks.
