Overview

The renovation of Miller Hall, a 135,000 square foot classroom building on the Western Washington University campus, included matching existing historical architectural window details while achieving optimal levels of functionality and energy efficiency.

The project was divided into two phases to allow for student use of the building during construction. Quantum was asked to provide large single-hung custom wood windows as well as custom wood entry doors and common mullion windows. Features of the project were the large half round single-hung architectural windows with sidelites.
