From the architect: "What was once a former paint store has been revitalized into a bustling neighborhood corner featuring two acclaimed restaurants and a renowned cooking school. This vintage 1920's building boasts half a dozen solid-sawn structural beams that measure over three feet deep and span 50 feet. The renovation included a complete overhaul of the structure, new utilities, facilities, and demising to accommodate the different uses. Large sliding wood windows, new entryways clad in ipe, plantings and raw steel awnings enhance the storefronts."
