The sculptures are suspended from the ceiling and rotate about one revolution per minute. The motors are very small and very quiet.

The sculptures are lightweight and made from recycled wood.


mosaic transformations

Mosaic transformations are motor driven, wall-mounted installations. Patterns transform as polygons are rotated with double-disk hinges.

Examples of lightweight, geometric shapes.

Free-standing or suspended.

Up to 10 feet in diameter.

 

 

Paul Vexler is a co-founder of Quantum Windows and Doors, and worked with the company for 25 years. Since 2007, he has devoted 100% of his time and energy to creating sculptures. As he develops his career as an artist, he is guided by the same basic principles that he used to grow Quantum Windows and Doors from a two person company to the one that it is today. He brings creativity, quality, reliability and service to all his sculptures and sculpture installations.
